Hollow Lantern is slow, quiet, and gorgeous. You explore a deserted lighthouse tapping objects, solving gentle environmental puzzles, and slowly piecing together who lived here and why they left. It's an adventure game that leans on atmosphere over difficulty, and it works because the world is so carefully built.
The puzzles rarely stump you for long — they're logic tied to the story rather than random lock-and-key busywork. What kept me playing was the drip of narrative: a photograph here, a scribbled note there, a room that changes meaning once you understand what happened in it.
It's a finish-in-a-weekend kind of game, best played in dim light with headphones. Not much replay value, but the first run stayed with me for days. If you like adventures that make you feel something more than clever, this one delivers.
